How to cancel my subscription?
You can Cancel your Agentsites subscription at any time. Your account cancellation will be applied at your next billing deduction date. You can resume your subscription at any time up until cancellation takes effect. You can also continue using your account up until the next billing deduction date. This article provides instructions for cancelling and resuming your Agentsites subscription.
1. Cancel Subscription
1. Select Settings.
2. Navigate to the Billing section and click the Cancel Subscription button.
3. Confirm 'Yes, Cancel Subscription'.
Alert: Note: Your account will cancel at your next billing deduction date. You can resume your subscription at any time up until cancellation takes effect (see steps below). You can also continue using your account up until the next billing deduction date.
4. The Billing section of your Settings will reflect your cancelled subscription.
(Note: You can resume your subscription at any time up until your next payment deduction date).
2. Resuming a Cancelled Subscription
5. Click Resume Subscription to resume your Agentsites account.
6. Select the Subscription Type (Monthly or Annual) you wish to resume your account with. Click Continue to confirm.
7. Enter your Password and confirm Switch Subscription.
Alert: Note: Your updated subscription settings will be applied on your next billing deduction date. The terms of your existing subscription will remain valid until the next billing deduction.
8. Return to the Billing section of Settings. Your resumed subscription will be updated.
